Gas generators
Our gas generators cover your needs for nitrogen and oxygen directly on site and independently of third parties. They are used, for example, in the following areas:
Inerting in explosion protection | Hospitals | Process gas generation | Gas purification | Food and beverage industry | Laser cutting | Welding | Electronics manufacturing | Plastics processing | Medical applications | Water treatment | Metal production | Fish farming | Glass industry | Pharmaceutical industry | Diving gases | 3D printing
Generation of nitrogen and oxygen
Gas generation at the point of consumption! The simple and robust plant technology allows you to generate your required gases directly at the point of consumption. You save not only time with cylinder handling but above all costs. Depending on the quality and quantity required, cost savings of up to 60% per year are possible, based on delivery in cylinders. Supply bottlenecks are thus a thing of the past.
The functional principle is based on the adsorption principle with a carbon molecular sieve. The plants operate fully automatically, require little maintenance and are ideally suited for everyday industrial use due to their simple and robust design. The plants can be operated in the low pressure range with compressed air of max. 11 bar. The high-pressure applications operate up to approx. 1,200 bar.
